Hi there!
I’m
Jeremy Lewis…
…a creative communications professional

Personal statement

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated creative communications professional seeking new challenges that will allow me to use my skills and advance my career. Known for my conscientiousness, strong work ethic, and drive, I am committed to achieving excellence in all my endeavours. I continuously strive to develop new skills and enhance existing ones. I actively share my knowledge with a team to promote collective growth and success.

With a strategic approach to my work, I excel at identifying innovative solutions and staying ahead of industry trends. This forward-thinking mindset enables me to effectively manage projects and lead creative teams to deliver exceptional client results. My ability to anticipate and adapt to market changes ensures I remain a valuable asset in any professional setting.

Passionate about continuous learning and professional development, I always seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. This commitment to growth benefits my career and contributes to the overall success and competitiveness of the teams and organisations I work with.

As a departmental director and senior stakeholder, I balance assertiveness and empathy to navigate difficult situations, making fact-based and analytical decisions. I manage sensitive issues with a calm, considered approach and delegate responsibilities to ensure team collaboration and a balanced workload.

Whilst supporting the senior leadership team, I contributed to a “Work Anywhere” hybrid working model to support teams during COVID-19; creating the Quality Assurance Collaboration framework for Client and Creative Services to ensure all staff were prepared for remote work, whilst maintaining quality for clients.

I regularly set self-study goals to continuously enhance my knowledge and skills. Recently, I have focused on human behaviour research, delving into workplace psychology to better understand what drives motivation and performance. This includes studying how individuals react to various external influences, understanding their personal feelings and emotions, and identifying strategies to support and improve well-being and productivity in the workplace. By understanding these dynamics, the aim is to create a more supportive and efficient work environment, fostering growth and satisfaction among team members.
